RETURN POLICY
For all custom orders, Metal Latitude Designs will provide the customer a drawing/rendering of each item for review and approval before any items are released for production. Once the item is released and cut, all sales are final.
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If there are any issues upon receipt of the item, please contact me directly to resolve.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout based on weight, dimensions and shipping destination.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.
DELIVERY TERMS
Once approval is received from the customer to proceed, items will ship within 5-10 business days.
Any unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly.
Standard delivery window applies, normally 2-10 days depending on location.
Delivery tracking information will be provided.
If a package has been damaged or lost in transit, please contact me directly to discuss a resolution.
